Job Summary

GuideStone is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director for Property & Casualty Agency Services to lead our insurance agency business solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the property and casualty insurance agency field. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and savvy, coupled with proven leadership and operational skills. As the Managing Director, you will drive growth, profitability, and innovation in our property and casualty business and brokered solutions. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance our market positioning.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic initiatives for market positioning, profitability, and growth. Identify new growth opportunities in the insurance market and agency services sector.

• Operational Management: Oversee agency services operations and broker solutions development. Monitor key performance metrics and optimize processes for customer satisfaction.

• Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Drive growth and profitability in the property and casualty business.

• Leadership: Lead the strategic, operational, financial, and human capital aspects of GuideStone’s insurance agency business solutions. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance market positioning. Develop strong internal relationships across all businesses and functions.

• Innovation: Drive innovation in property and casualty business and brokered solutions. Implement new distribution models and optimize processes to improve margin and customer satisfaction.
   

What You'll Need

• Experience: Extensive experience in the property and casualty insurance agency field. Entrepreneurial spirit and savvy are a plus.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and operational experience. Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives for market positioning, profitability, and growth.

• Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Ability to drive growth and profitability in the property and casualty business.

• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills. Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance market positioning.

• Innovation: Ability to drive innovation in property and casualty business and brokered solutions. Experience in implementing new distribution models and optimizing processes to improve EBITDA and customer satisfaction.
