Career Tip of the Day

Future

Here is an essential piece of advice for job seekers — forget the past! Wherever you focus your thoughts is where you will stay anchored. Don’t become stuck in the past. Whether your past was great and you miss it or it was horrible and it haunts you, it’s over. You cannot go back to it, so let it go. Anchor your thoughts to the Word of God and the wonderful promises you’ll find there. Let them pull you into the future God has for you… an abundant life filled with every good thing.

WORDS OF LIFE:

  • The past has no hold on me. I am free.
  • I joyfully look forward to my future and expect great good.
  • I know Who holds my future. My confidence is in Christ alone.

Word of the Day

No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, (NLT)
